Still no luck with cell c

I was left a message on my cell phone saying they cant get hold of me to call them back on 084145. and the case is closed. i called back and said i need to speak to miss opperman that left the message. the told me cell c had no such manager working for them. i called headoffice and have spoken to the manager of the callcenter. this was last thursday. he said he will call me back as this is very serios and took my cell number and call back no later than friday. today it is wednesday and i still did not get any call from head office. i phoned head office today and said i want to speak to a senior manager or the ceo as not even managers wants to call me back. they said sorry they cant as only i manager can help me. so i am now going to go to the newspapers with this as the front office will upgrade my contract the same day but call center says they wont so what is the diffrence. as i thing this is a very they way the customer gets treated by cell c. remember cell c if it is not for customers you wont have a job as we pay your salery and you are phoning us to upgrade to keep us but then say you must pay your old contrack and pay for data on the new one so you want to make dubbel
