THREE MOTHS TO RESIGN MEANS THREE MONTHS

I am sick and tired of incompetant staff whom read there answers off templets have no people skills and dont
know what client service means.
They are always unhelpful never and have a clue how to solve problems. I recently cancelled my """hospital plan """ after it was discovered that I have to be admitted every time I need to see the doktor or receive medication a total waste of my precious money R767.00 per, month and time.
I sent a cancellation on the 25th of Sept only to be again billed in January, 4 months down the line..I quickly cancelled the stop order and am now being harrassed for that last payment. Where does customer care fall into place here. Its not about the custpomer but rather the money they can off us. I feel for what we pay every month we as members are recieving the raw end of the stick.
spectramed get your act together and employ people whom are trained to properly advise on the products and give the members the service they pay for/.
