I've been using cellc ever since my first cell phone and I have never came across any two people having the same number. I've had my cell number for almost a year now and about a few months back people have been telling me that they can't get a hold of me but instead get a hold of another lady. Any ways I called the cellc customer care line and spoke to a lady who was very rude and kept putting me on hold every 5 seconds, finally I tell her what my problem was, and her resonse again was, please stay on hold. I got angry and when I spoke to her again I asked her what happened how can some one else be using my number and she said that some one did a sim swap and used my number .like seriously now I was angry cause I had purchased this sim card brand new, so then I asked her if it is possible if two people can have the same I.D number and she said that she will block this other persons line!!! In the first place when they were doing a Sim swap couldn't they havve seen that I was already using this number? And couldn't they have noticed that I already registered my sim ...? Is there any further action that can be taken in this event?
