6 months ago, I lodged a complaint about the signal I am having on both my iphone and my ipad.

Guess what, after being called numerous times, and being told we are working on the problem, nothing has changed. Am I surprised, not in the least. Vodacom is as bad as ever. I am so unhappy with the service I am getting at the moment, it has to be illegal the way they are operating.

Sitting with full signal on both the phone and ipad, yet cannot use any 3g or anything. And same is true with people on other phones as well. Vodacom needs to grow up, and start thinking about giving customers good service. I am never renewing a contract with them again.
