Signal issues and no one bothers to get back to me

On 17 May 2013, I lodged a query with Cell C and ref number is 3051701362. I explained to the consultant that I am having serious signal issues at work. I have to wait hours for one whatsapp message/email to go through, calls dont come through but go straight to voicemail. The past week is even worse as half the time the phone is on "no service". This is very annoying. What am i supposed to do with a phone that cant even make calls or receive sms's?
Since then, I have emailed the customer feedback form twice, called countless times, promised these grand solutions but no one bothers to get back to me.
Cell C, please resolve this issue ASAP or I will be forced to take drastic steps.
I have just ported from Vodacom to you guys and regretting it big time as in my last 10 years with Vodacom, I have NEVER ever had so many issues as I have had with Cell C in the past month that I have been with you guys.
Please get someone to contact me today.
Uttlerly annoyed by the service, lack of response and Cell C failing to provide the basics.
