Have been trying to get an issue with my ADSL line resolved since 11/03/2013. Even at a point where i had to purchase new PC, doing my own troubleshooting. I have logged three queries with Telkom (Reference number (8CRK110313, 933CRK200313 and 17CRK270313) also called the call centre and visited the telkom office, hoping to get the issue resolved. Today the only communication has been sms, not been advised what the issue is. what was done, if the problem is continuing, how was it resolved?
