I recently got a new ipad from Vodacom on contract with a data bundle. i have been unable to use my ipad because it will not connect to the internet or email account. if it does connect it takes about 15-20 minutes to open a page!
I'm paying R399 per month for a service that isn't working! If Vodacom can't fix this connection problem I would like a fulll refund!
We are also having the same network problems with our iphone and blacberry...
but can still receive calls and use bbm.
This seems to be a problem with Vodacom, as I am not the first to complain!
