No signal is my problem???

This problem has been on going with Vodacom for a good few years. We do not get a good signal at our house, which is within viewing distance from the tower. Every time I report the problem, they reply via sms after a few days, saying: problem resolved. PROBLEM NOT RESOLVED. People cannot get through to us, on their side the phone rings on our side NOTHING. Other times they go straight through to voice mail. Our phones are on!!! There are 7 Vodacom phones at this building. During holidays there is up to 15 phones, all have the same problem. When is Vodacom going to get off their behinds and actually do something, instead of logging into their computers to check the signal?
I was told on numerous occasions that a technician will visit the site, WHEN??
One call centre consultant told me that it is my problem I have to put in a booster... I am paying vodacom for a service... they need to deliver. They would rather loose customers that sort out the problem.
