TRANS 6 TIMES - OVER 45 MIN ON PHONE - NOT HELPED

On the 4th of June 2013 I called Altech Autopage's customer helpline in an attempt to get a replacement quote for my Samsung S2. I was transferred 6 times to different departments and spent over 45 minutes on hold!! At the end, I was apparently transferred to the correct department where a young lady said she would help by forwarding the replacement quote for the Samsung S3 as the Samsung S2 was now obsolete. She was aware of my long wait and multiple transfers so, prior to putting down the phone, I asked whether I could wait on the line in order for her to forward the quote and assure that I received it. She said that it takes a long time for her system to bring up the information so I would not be able to wait (sounds fishy). Anyway, I conceded and she assured me I would receive the quote shortly. It has now been seven days and I have received NOTHING. We have five contracts with Autopage and, given their poor service and apparent abundance of business, at the end of our contract periods said contracts will not be renewed.
