Good day,
I am very disgusted in Vodacom. I have spoken to 3 different people and not one of them could give me an answer. My current cell phone bill is sky high and I wanted to know why the only thing they told me is that it was for data usage on 01.02.2013.I explained that I always use this website and do downloads and never have I had a bill so sky high even in previous months I downloaded much more than that specific day. They rather wanted me to have an itemised billing so that a Vodashop can solve the problem. My Question was: WHY DID VODACOM CHARGED ME MUCH MUCH HIGHER RATES FOR DOWNLOADS? To get an answer I must wait 14 days before they get back to me by that time I already have to settle this bill. I need reasonable answers VODACOM!
