I have changed my contract plan on the 12th of May to a top up 200, I have explained to the stupid consultant that i don't want to pay anything that is more 450. On the 1st of June i didn't receive any data, i have been calling the call centre almost every day from the 1st of June enquiring about my contract and data not loaded, not even one consultant called me back. i have called today and i spoke to Cheryl Mqadi and within 5 minutes I have received my data. The consultant put me on 400 top up I don't want that I said 200. I'm not happy at all with the service from you Cell C if possible can I cancel this contract and I will go to the better network that cares about their clients or can i just pay for the phone only I will get a better network for data. i have been inconvenienced by Cell C.
