I ported from MTN to Cell C on 21-05-2013.
I reported no coverage on 3 June and asked about a signal booster. Phone calls and emails = No response.
I have a Straight Up 100 contract with 100Min, 100 SMS, 100MB data. 1GB of data for using Galaxy S4 all for R399 p/m.
I asked whether the R399 includes VAT and they said yes. VAT has been charged on the R399. Not as advertised.
I received a invoice for R751.64 for May to be paid 30-06. It shows I am over my data limit but it does not reflect my 1GB data that I am supposed to have. I am allready over my limit for June to be paid July. Also because of data. Phoned and emailed again = No Response no explanation
This invoice has to be paid June and is not correct. Fix before then!!
I phoned the Afrikaans customer support and yet nobody Afrikaans was available. Somebody had to phone me back. Remove the option if you dont have it.
Nobody at the customer support can give me any details or explain my invoice I just keep on receiving Ref numbers and nothing is being done.

Fix or cancel so that I can go to a company that knows what it is doing. This is very poor service and I am already sorry to have moved.
