Even after Hello Peter they still dont care

So for the second time I'm back on Hello Peter with EXACTLY the same problem but it gets worse. Telkom sent some technicians to my place after my last complaint but these technicians were unable to sort out the problem. They say "there might be a problem with the line in my area" and "there might be a problem with my account" For goodness sake then who do we get help from if the people tasked with sorting out these problems cant?? To make matters worse I couldn't separate my phone bill and my ADSL bill so i just never paid and guess what They cut my services, (take it or leave it i suppose) Then they send me another bill for June yet I DO NOT HAVE ANY ADSL SERVICE ACTIVE (nevermind a 4mb uncapped service) active, and im supposed to just pay for it?? Please could somebody explain how that works, I have not been refunded from the time i supposedly upgraded to 4mb uncapped? I HAVE NEVER HAD A 4mb LINE check your records and see for yourself??? Am i supposed to continue to pay for something i do not have? Is that even Legal? Do i have to now get legal representation? Because it seems like Telkom are only after the money, I cannot see any other means of sorting this out.
