Cell C
Account handed ove

I received an email from Pholosa credit solutions that my cell c account has been handed over, yet i do not even have a cell c account, i call cell c and the consultant i spoke to seem to be clueless and kept insisting on transfering me to the people that i have been handed over to, i explained that those people do not answer their phone and it is my record that is being messed up, what me of is that it is not the 1st time that cell c does something of this nature, if someone did my id and opened the account without me knowing they must atleast have the liberty to call me and tell me that i have not being paying so that the matter can be investigated sooner instead of notifying me while my account has been handed over.

can this matter be sorted out with immediate effect before i am even blacklisted for something i dont know.
