I ported my number to cell c and took up a new contract for the S4 Mini on a straight up 100. As per the advertised offer I was meant to receive 300mb of data. I had changed the duration of my contract to 12 months during signing and was assured by the salesman (Maswazi Msibi) that the additional data would still be received. At the beginning of this month I received the basic 100mb without the additional data. On the 14/10/2013 I returned to the Gateway store only to be told only to be told by an unnamed "assistant manager" who didn't even introduce himself or speak to us but simply barked out to the consultant. Upon asking for the manager Asha, I was told that the additional data was not available over the 12 month contract which was in contravention of the terms that the contract was initially sold to us. A quick look on the cell c website confirmed that over 12 months at R529 a month I am suppose to be receiving 300mb. I contacted the regional office (0315706000) on 15/10/2013 at 9:42 and 9:38 where I was put through to a voicemail and then told to leave my number and I would be called back. That still hasn't happened. Please assist with resolving this matter. Dr S Prahladh
