Charged for 25 months on a 24 months contract

Hello,

I requested cancellation for my contract a month before but I received a invoice with the subscription for April for full month. My contract has expired on the 5th so I supposed to be charged for only 5 days not a full month because in April 2011 when I signed the contract I was charged and paid for the 25 days. Petronela was trying to explain to me that I am charged in arrears but the invoice state clear - Airtime subscription APRIL. I agree to pay for the first 5 days (R30.83) but the difference must be credited please.
