Every month for the last year I have drawn my Invoice for that month (between the 26th and the last day of that month) in exactly the same way so as to submit same as an expense. This month I go in on vodacom's web site, login, and proceed to billing to draw the invoice for June. This month however, when I click on June it bring's up May's invoice, when selecting May I get April and so on. I call their contact center to let them know that there is a possible issue and instead of the contact center agent taking ownership of the problem I am told that I am unable to draw an invoice for June as yet (even though I have done so every month for the last 12. The more I try and explain to the individual that this is the way this has been done for the last 12 months the more the individual is adamant I am in the wrong. Finally I ask to speak with a supervisor and am transferred to someone I suspect is not a supervisor. She in turn continues where the previous agent left off, neither interested in resolving the problem (or even admitting that there may be one) as much as telling me I am in the wrong??!
