I recently joined Vitality Mobile (on 19 June 2013), overall the service i have received was terrible. I was never advised that once avtivated i would lose my data and free minutes. I was then creidted for a small portion of data and free minutes, which has not yet taken effect, so no credit. I was debited by Cell C as usual for the month of May. I have now received my June invoice payable now, and I have been charged almost double and the call centre agent cannot explain to me why. Why should i pay double, i am being billed for being with vitality mobile as per my normal subscription and then again for the period from 19 june to 30 june.

Vitality Mobile, please get your act together and do not rob your customers! i Would rather move back to Cell C as i do not need to make free calls if i have to pay double my subscription.
