I am an extremely frustrated customer of Vodacom. I received an SMS to upgrade and I took advantage of the offer only to be left in the dark and to do a follow up on the status of my delivery at least 4 times. I spoke to a Busi who promised to do a follow up today but NO call received whatsoever. Apparently my address was captured incorrectly when their couriers delivered successfully to me twice before and then my package was returned to their warehouse. I was not informed that I would have to re-order, instead, I was asked to wait. Finally, I ran out of patience and called them where Tsepang received my call today, she fed me with information that I already knew, instead of being solution-orientated thus I asked to speak to a manager but I get a team leader by the name of Angeline Nkosi who spoke over me. Is that the type of person who was selected to lead a team, somebody who took her own sweet time to answer my call and I believe that their lines do not have a hold function as I had to hear all that racquet in the background whilst holding on for the 'oh so NOT helpful manager' I believe that her line manager is Edward Pauwel. Train your staff to be less aggressive!!!
