After dealing with Edgars and Vodacom for the past nearly 3 weeks now. I am not having any luck!!! This is the second time I'm having to report them on hello peter because the first time didn't bring me any positive feedback! Aldin called me and i explained my entire problem to him last week after which he promised to call me back once he had spoken to the store. That was nearly a WEEK ago to the day! why is it that every time i try call him i have to wait on hold forever! they are supposed to be dealing with complaints not creating more problems for us clients because they NEVER EVER EVER call back and you can never get a hold of a supervisor or manager!! how many times do i have to explain my problem and to how many different people! its just ridiculous!!! It cant possibly take this long to fix such a small problem!!! I'm so tired of reporting people and explaining myself. I want to speak to someone who knows what they are doing and who isn't incompetent! Someone who will fix my problem and not make this stupid, lengthly procedure any more of a headache than it already is! The attitude and service is nothing short of disgusting!
