ILLEGAL AIRTIME TRANSFER FROM MY ACCOUNT!!!

Good day. Airtime is transferred from my number 426 without my knowledge or permission. Neither my Wife nor I did EVER make use of the service. The last time it happened on 17 June 2013, we were alone at home on the Public Holiday. The phone was lying on the table when the Airtime transfer came through. I immediately phone Vodacom on 111 to find out why we received this sms. The consultant assured me that the airtime WAS NOT DEDUCTED from my account and that the sms was wrongly sent to my number. CHECK YOUR VOICE RECORDINGS FOR THAT DATE!!
MY WIFE NOR I EVER MADE USE OF THE AIRTIME TRANSFER SERVICE!!!
How is it possible for airtime to be transferred while the phone is not in use???
PLEASE CALL ME ASAP!!!
