4TH COMPLAINT RE SAME PROBLEM

This is 3rd month, plus 4th compalint on HELLOPETER re same problem: I have 2 cell numbers on 1 account - 1 number to be transferred ;1 to remain on my account - HOWEVER - the account has been BOTH transferred to my 1 son's account;now BOTH are back on my account! PLEASE - THIS IS NOT A SPLIT BILL - IT IS 1 TRANSFER TO MY SON, WHILE THE OTHER REMAINS ON MY ACCOUNT - WHO DO I HAVE TO SPEAK TO TO GET THIS RIGHT? IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE THAT UNDERSTANDS THIS? OR ARE YOU JUST TRYING TO IRRITATE AS MANY CUSTOMERS AS YOU CAN PER DAY???
