Pathetic service

Applied for upgrade two months ago, and they didn't have stock . they phoned me 2 weeks ago to ask me where the phone must be delivered to . they said it would take 3 - 7 working days but up till now i'm still waiting and then I phoned them today they told me they don't know when they will have stock, but my contract has been changed on the system already, I really think the service is pathetic
