Line upgrade taking TOO long!!!

On the 28th of February I submitted my application forms to have my current 384kb business ADSL account upgraded to a normal 1mb ADSL account.

It's now the 4th of April already and Im still waiting for this process to be completed. The last response I got from the person who is working with my application is that he is "waiting for feedback from the implementation department".

How long can it possible take to implement these changes??? It took Mweb over a month to get my website transfer right!

It's of no use having all these fancy adverts on the TV but then you cant provide the services in an acceptable timeframe...
