SHOCKING SERVICE AGAIN OFF TO CONSUMER COUNCIL!!!

If you read back on my previous reports you will see that I had a huge furor with you people about two weeks ago. In sum, you accused me of non payment for a dongle I had returned to you (in Feb!). You said you were "handing me over" and accused me of not paying on facebook for all the world to see (Illegal? Considering taking this further too). I had to phone many to sort the matter out and had to fax the proof myself etc, what is wrong with your branch-to-branch communication? Why should I be communicating between branches? Anyway the issue was "resolved" and you apologized and I decided to leave it at that. You can imagine my SHOCK WHEN I RECEIVED ANOTHER BILL FOR THE DONGLE THE OTHER DAY!!! Surely you have got to be kidding? Samantha from customer service/accounts was supposed to phone me on the 24 May-STILL NOT A WORD. My account number is 33986793, my phone number is 0836359205. I want a phone call today (I also do not want to be told to phone ten other people - run your company properly), failing that I am going to the consumer council (as I have now been falsely accused many times) I am cancelling my many contracts I work in social media (seems to be only way to get your att)
