I have had a personal contract with Nashua Mobile on an MTN product and I have not had any problems with them. I decided to get the Red VIP package through them too, which i absolutely regret.

First the handset- Apple iphone 5 64 gig- they gave me was not working properly- charging issue. Then i returned it and waited 3 days for a new one which was also faulty- earpiece not working. I returned that phone on 11 October and I am still waiting for another phone on 29 October 2013. I have been to the branch office (Fourways) countless times- but they dont have any answers for me on the progress of a new phone. I have called customer care numerous times and they are rude to me when i tell them i want to cancel the contract because i am not receiving any service from Nashua Mobile. This is a R2000.00 contract. What am i paying for?? I asked the Fourways branch to do a credit note for this month, they agreed but when i call customer care they cant see it on the system. I am tired of Nashua Mobile and their service when i am paying so much money. I have no qualms taking them to the Consumer Commission to decide if this is fair treatment of me as a consumer!
