They do not cancel my membership after 3 calls!

I belonged to the Olive and Coffee club. After they sent me 3 hampers, I had a call from someone middle of March inquiring whether I would like to continue with the clubs. I said to him no thank you as I cannot use all the products before the next delivery. He said he will make a note. True's Bob I got a delivery from the Olive club end of April. When I phoned the number on the parcel the lady accused me of not phoning and cancelling. I told her that I already spoke to someone that is why I did not phone again. She picked up the phone call on the system and could give me the date and name of the person I spoke to. She then said she would cancel it for me, which she never did. I also asked that someone can come pick up the parcel as I do not want it and am not going to pay for it. Now I've received a bill from Edgars and still the memberships have not been cancelled! I phoned again and yet again I'm being accused as the wrong party as I did not phone them. To how many people should I speak before it is cancelled!!
