I have had problems with my blackberry phone. I have taken it in to my local Nashua Mobile office (Claremont, Cape Town). 3 times 'fixed' and returned but still same problem (phone re-boots). Nashua tell me they will escalate and I phoned the MD's help desk.
Latest news: I am told to collect the phone as it is fixed but I asked them to check before I waste my time. Local office phoned me to tell me problem still exists.
Why do I have to pay every month when I don't have a phone to you.
Does anybody know if there is a Consumer Council that I call escalate this shocking service to?
