Consumer Council
Consumer Council protects them form consumers

I have been trying for more than 2 months to get in touch with anybody, seriously anybody at the Consumer Council. It is an impossibility! Their direct number is never answered-NEVER. You phone different numbers and eventually you end back where you started - NOWHERE! Do they actually exist or is it just a rumour to pay more Civil Servants sitting on their back sides doing nothing all day earning a salary. This is what you call productivity at its best.
The Consumer Council does NOT exist - don't phone, you will just frustrate yourself.

The Consumer Council does only one thing great and that is to protect themselves from the consumer.
Why?
It might mean they have to do some work.
