ILLEGALLY DEMANDING PAYMENT FOR INTERNET STICK

I have been a customer with Nashua for over ten years however I am considering closing my business with them which includes numerous phones and internet sticks. They gave me a wi-fi router in January which did not work so I handed it into the Grahamstown branch in early FEB they sent the router back to the head office and (AFTER A MONTHS) I finally received a new one. Nashua recently sent me a notice that they would be "handing me over" for non payment when I enquired further I found out that they have been charging me for 3 MONTHS FOR A ROUTER I SENT BACK IN FEB!! Grahamstown has sent me the proof that the dongle was couriered back to Joburg however Nashua have gone ahead and soft locked my phone! THIS IS SHOCKING AND ILLEGAL and I am definitely taking this matter further. I want a response ASAP and I want my phone unlocked immediately this social media tirade is far from over. This is the second serious complaint I have laid against Nashua in the last three months - I have a feeling it won't be the last.
