Invoiced 5x more then agreed in contract

I have a contract with 8ta for 10 gigs of data a month for R199/month. There has been no problems with this for just under a year now. This month i received my invoice and they say I must pay R946 by 30 June 2013. I have called the Customer Care 3 times and heard various excuses. Apparently my query is in process with the billing department for the past week (Case 6240485).
If this query is not sorted out I will block your debit order with FNB. I will not lose my money because your systems are messing up invoices.
