IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL CONTRACT!!

It is very fast and easy to sign up a contract with 8ta / Telkom Mobile, but when you've decided to move on it becomes a whole different story. I have completed my two years contract with them and have decided to not continue with their service. A cancellation letter has to be sent prior notice which I can understand. The problem is that after you've sent it there is NO way to follow up and see if someone received it and is busy processing it. After sending my cancellation letter several times via fax and email it becomes IMPOSIIBLE to follow up. I have been calling in daily to follow up in fear that it will keep running the following month. All that they can do is log a useless report for you and tell you someone will get back to you shortly. It's been a week now and still NO confirmation and their excuse is because their is no direct line to the account department.

8ta SORT IT OUT ASAP!!!
