No signal. No feedback after lodging complaint

I took out a contract with Cell C late January. The signal where I stay is poor and I am paying for a service I'm not utilising. I have called their call centre on numerous occasions to ensure the setup of the device is correct. I lodged a complaint at the Sandton store on 29 May with a person called Mpho, reference number SD102442. They promised me feedback within 48 hours. I've called to follow up on a couple of occasions and they transfer you for 20 minutes and promise to call you back. Cell C is clearly in breach of contract and I'm probably one of many consumers they are ripping off every month. I told the last call centre agent I spoke to that they either have to install a booster for the signal or cancel the contract. The team leader was going to call me back within the hour. I am still waiting on the illusive supervisor to call me back. I went to the Sandton City store on Friday evening and they have absolved themselves of any responsibility. When I asked for the store owner's number, I was told they are not allowed to give out the number to customers. If I don't receive feedback by Wed. 12 June I am taking the device back and stopping the debit order.
