VODACOM YOU ARE RUINING MY LIFE

I received a call on the 3rd of June from BURNARD RAAFF AND ASSOCIATES informing me about a contract I allegedly opened last year in August and I have apparently not paid and am owing about R16 665. The attorney also informed me that I have been BLACKLISTED!! What a shock!! Me! Blacklisted!!!
I do not have a contract with Vodacom! I am on PREPAID!! I requested a copy of the contract and supporting documents. She asked me to send her a copy of my ID, affidavit and letter requesting the above mentioned documents. I then phoned her to confirm that she had received the docs that I e-mailed, she said she's received them and she'll be in touch. It's been 5 days, I haven't heard from her and I just have this thing hanging over my head and I WANT IT GONE!!! You people are making your problems mine! There is clearly something wrong with your internal processes. Sort them out and clear my name! I had a very good credit record before you decided to put a HUGE DENT on it!! I've done nothing wrong! This is my life you're messing with here!! I kindly request that you send me proof that I opened this account so I can clear my name.
