Contract under my name

Two years ago a contract was opened under my name at Springs Vodacom Shop. I was informed of it and i went to the Po lice Station to make an affidavit stating that i have never lost my identity book before and i have never opened a vodacom contract. I called vodacom and they asked me to fax the affidavit together with my copy of id. Ive been faxing those document for at least 100 times maybe. Last week i realised that Vodacom listed me on itc for the same contract. So clearly someone is not doing his or her job. im sick and tired of receiving calls form Vodacoms lawyers seeking those documents. im waiting for someone from vodacom to give me a call TODAY before lunchtime or else ill drive to Vodaworld and people will work for a change.
