Ad attitude, bad service and totally unhelpful

I have been using my Samsung S2 for a year but lately a problem occurs where it seems that the battery is fully charged but after a couple of minutes the phone runs out of power and shuts down. I gave the phone in for repairs twice at Cell C in Brooklyn. The first time it was returned with the note that it was repaired. No mentioning was made of any damage to the phone. Then a month or so later the phone started had the same problems. I returned the phone to Cell Brooklyn for repairs. When I went in to collect the phone I was informed that it cannot be repaired due to water damage. I know the phone doesn't have water damage as it was never exposed to it. If it did have water damage, why was it not detected the first time with the same problem? That make me think the excuse of water damage was used only as to get rid of me. I requested the arrogant Cell C assistant (Sylvia Diederiks) to return the telephone but she gave bad attitude, bad service and was totally unhelpful where. Later she then stormed of leaving us and the other customers on a busy Saturday standing there in the shop. I was absolutely astonished by her behaviour that I think can only damage the image of Cell C
