NO Network coverage & Nashua's inferior service

I logged a complaint 3 months ago with the network provider Cell C as i cannot use my fone to make or receive calls/sms or use my data 90% of the time. I had enough of being incovenienced personally & from a business perspective. So i went to my service provider Nashua to log the complaint and request for contract to be cancelled & my monthly charges refunded since i did the upgrade last year in October. I went into a store to log the complaint and all the manager could do was escalate to her managers. It;s now 2 weeks later this has not been resolved. I called & emailed a few times this week but she has not responded. Frustrated at the lack of service from the store i spoke to a Nashua acc executive who came back to me to say his managers said that they cannot cancel my contract & offered to port me to another 24 month contract with another network and that i must keep my existing fone since i only upgraded in Oct 2012. That resolution unacceptable. Nashua takes my money diligently every month but have not been providing me with network coverage and expects me to continue waiting and be incovenienced. Pathetic service. Clearly, Nashua does not value or care about their clients.
