DISSATISFACTORY TREATMENT I AM RECEIVING

Entered into a contract with cell c direct for nokia lumia 920. fone received 14/06/2013, charged fone evening @home, copied contacts to it, but sim wasn't activated as it kept on saying emergency calls only. switched it off & kept on charger wholenyt. tried swich it on in the morn & nothing happened. I assumed it wasn't properly on charger & tried putting it back on the charger but wasn't charging at all. I then called my son for help & he also couldn't get it on or to to charge. I then took it to cell c shop nearer home. they also tried switching & charging with no luck and they advised that I call Cell C Diredt to come collect it as it is faulty seeing that I got it direct from them. contacted them Tuesday informing them of the situation and that they must arrange for collection. Collection happened days afta my endless calls to them. ever it being collected no one has ever contacted me to tell me when am I getting a new fone or what is happening. It has been a struggle to get thru to them on a day or basis, having to wait another 30 for the to check with not helpful answers that the fone is with their OB dept. this fri 12/07/2013 they dispatched same faulty fone & rejected
