Paying for a fone of which I returned in 4days

I got a fone from MTN store, Irene, last month. After 3days of using da fone it kept frezzin so I returned it together with the box on the 4th day. I told the sales guy 2 cancel da contract coz I had lost interest in dat type of fone due to the problem it gave me and he promised 2 cal me bak 2 let me knw of the process of cancelation bcoz he wasnt sure. After a few days of not hearin frm hm, I went bk 2 da store 2 cancel n he told me 2 call 808 coz he cant cancel 4 me. 808 told me 2 go bk 2 da store. I went bak n forth with this for abt a wk until I was finally told my application had been processed and cancelld. i was then given a ref # to confirm the cancellation. Money has been deducted 4rm my account this mnth 4 a fone I don't have. I'v had 2 waste petrol again 2 go 2 da bank 2 reverse da transaction. I expect MTN 2 sort this out ASAP as this is not acceptable
