Uncapped not Uncapped

I recently took a uncapped contract from Mweb thinking it was "Uncapped" as advertised. Meaning download as much as you want. Well you'll be wrong. I just received a letter of abuse from them basically stating that I am a burden to them.
I am paying them R539 per month for this account and will be cancelling this service later this afternoon as they are falsely advertising their services.

Paying a little more does not always get you the service you deserve.
Bad form Mweb, expected more from you!
