Our Dispute with MTN started on the 4th of May, they did not contact us about our account, but instead handed it over to their debt collectors, they have our phone number and email address but do no bother to contact the client directly, after receiving the accounts and figuring out what is going on the mess on the accounts I pay them what they are due 5 days ago, yet they still cant seem to get it right to reconnect the phone, they are very quick to hand over an account that is a mess because of incorrect information and billing, very quick to cut the line while i dispute the account, and yet payment is made and still no connection on the phone. This is not the first time we have had this problem with MTN, we took our other number away from them 2 years ago because of the same problem and cannot wait to mover suppliers and get away from MTN, their client service and billing is up to
