My name is Mandla, am, aged 20, I reside in Johannesburg and am a student. last year 2012 I opened a contract with Vodacom, it was a smart light deal and I was supposed to be paying R135.00 per month. I opened it in October and in November I received a message stating that am owing R2200.00. I tried to communicate with them to try to found out what led me to end up owing that amount but I was ignored. their centres would give me a call centre number to call, which I did but still I couldn't find the right answer. last month I responded by reporting them to hello Peter. they responded by sending me copies of excel spread sheet claiming it shows the data usage. from then they disappeared and decided to blacklist me. they say am owing R3600.00 but they refuse to tell me what do I have to do then.
please help, I need to settle this and clear my name.
