Awaiting upgrade for 3 months

Nashua mobile is shocking- i have asked for quotes on iphone5 for my upgrade, spoke to Mdu- emailed him- stuill awaiting his repsonse on the deal and availibility. this is from April 30. The week before he was onleave and never emailed me the deal and lost my address. I then go on the website to order another phone. still no response- 1 week later. I have also replied twice to the automated sms askign for a call back for the upgarde- in March and June.

What will it take for them to want to do business.
