Giving wrong info to client and no form instore

I got a contract phone through Nashua Mobile, i asked the guy who assisted me to give advice cause i wanted any contract with more data, he said i can take Cell C, i took the contract to my suprise the phone took 24 hours to dowload 2 applications, he said i can bring back the phone withing a week if i experience problems, the next day i called, he said i should give it some time, i called the headoffice and no one seem to know the problem with my phone untill the 5th day they told me that they suspect network problem, i asked why didnt the store advise cause i specifically told them what i wanted, i told them i want to cancel the contract, i took the phone back to the store, the same guy took the phone but did not give me any papaer to sign, i asked him why, he said he's waiting for head office to email him the forms, i left the phone then called head office the following day, the were suprised why they did not give me the cancellation forms, i asked the to email it which they did and i signed, now they want me to pay R2101 which i think is not fair because their consultant is the one who suggested Cell C, they need to investigate this matter and let the store pay for their wrong info.
