CELL C - STOP BILLING ME 4 A PHONE I DONT HAVE

On the 19th of April 2013, i took out iphone 5 contract with Cell C at Centurion Mall (BAYSIDE). The deal was done in an hour, however, 4-5 days later i returned after having a fancy phone that couldnt work becos naturally theres was no freaking RECEPTION ANYWHERE!! I took it back to the store, returned it and filled out the necessary forms - letter for cancellation, network problem form etc... with the hope that my contract would be cancelled.

Nothing wrong with the phone, just everything wrong with ur network!!

To date, and its gonna be 2 months soon, my contract still hasn't been cancelled. I was even billed on the 25th for R529 for a phone that i don't even have, not forgetting the R114 for a sim that i dont have & network connection that only knows if it really does exist.!!

The Cell C Centurion Mall store has consultants that NEVER get back to u and theyv told me to call Cell C cancellations. To top of the frustration, i spent hours waiting to get through to them and cancellations just never answer!! They have the documents and the technician even said there's a network problem so why cant they just CANCEL THE FREAKING CONTRACT & GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!
