Wrong Contract Opened

I opened a phone contract with the Store stated above in March and I was convinced that it was a Top Up Contract but to my surprise two weeks after I had the phone my outgoing calls were limitless. I took that to caution and went to the store to find out why It was like that and I was told I signed for a different type of contract that I was not aware of. I was told only the person who opened the contract for me can help but at that time was not at work. I went back again and I was told he had be fired for other reasons. So now I spoke to a Jacob Phakathi whom was very bad mannered in handling this issue he is supposed to be the Store Coordinator but he spoke down on me and didn't resolve my issue. At that time I am still having a phone under a contract that is wrong according to me.

I called the head office of Nashua and was told only the Branch can sort this issue out but when I called Jocab he asked me who at Head Office I had spoke to... The service is misleading, when opening this contract I asked for a Top Up and now this is something else that I am not willing use. I need my contract to be corrected but the Branch is not giving the service I need and deserve
