Ridiculous bills proved as incorrect service

Been a customer with MTN for 6 years and have spent 45K with them in this time.
Received 3 phone bills totalling R7, 000 rand and queried this with MTN. Was told to cancel all DD's whilst they reconcile the account at acc dept. Pity the acc dept and the billings don't talk to each other. Phone was blocked for non payment for 3 weeks and threatened with legal action.2 months later after numerous calls I was told they were passing a 4.3K credit onto my account but was waiting approval from supervisor. So I then owed R1, 700.00 of the R7K bill and was told they would contact me to discuss. Again the acc dept never spoke to the billing agents who tried to debit my acc for R4, 717.00 and managed to slip it through anyway after I stopped the DD. 4 other DD's bounced from my acc as a result. So massive cost implications on me. Fortunately FNB reversed the charges. To date no correspondance from MTN except my new statement saying I owe R5K instead of the R1700 they confirmed I owe. Does this not sound like Eskom? Inflated Bills, Non existent, service levels and no comms. I am not surprised if they use their own network with call charges at R100.00 per second. I want out, trust is gone.
