I applied for a new cellC account on the 2nd of June 2013 from Nashua Mobile and got my smart phone on the 4th. The only problem was that after 24 hours (which the salesperson told me will be a max waiting period) my network will be up and running and ready to use. However, 10 days, 1 phone call, 5 visits to the store, 5 sim swaps and being asked to go to the Brooklyn branch later, I still don't have network coverage on my phone thus still not able to use the phone. When I asked what they are planing to do about it, they said they can't do anything more from their side. So now I have to pay for a cellphone contract I can't even use. When I said to cancel the CellC contract and give me a contract with another service provider their answer was "sure, but then you will be billed for the CellC and the other service provider." I find this TOTALLY unacceptable that I still can't use the phone after 10 days and that nothing is being done to sort this out.
