I did a migration on a 2GIG dongle in February 2013. For some reason my account has been debited with R389 a month instead of R149pm. I have brought this under Marissa's attention the 8th of May 2013. I have not received any positive feedback as yet. Since February to date my account has still been debited with R389 per month instead of R149. I need this resolved and I want a refund.
