Cash Refund - Whole month late!

I'm a member of Momentum Health, ID no. 8511060090089, on the 3rd of January, they debited too much money from my Bank account. On the 6th of January, I lodged a complaint because on 20 December 2013, I did send my proof of income to Momentum so that the right premium amount can be debited from my account. For some reason they didn't get it, and then deducted too much money from my account. I requested a refund for the difference, where I had to send them all sorts of things they requested to be able to refund me, which I have send them, they send me a mail that the request is with the billing department. It's the 6th of February already, my premium for Feb already went of, and I still haven't received my refund yet. So now I ask again, when will that refund take place, it should have been sorted out in 7 to 14 working days, and it's now a month down the line. I want my refund!!!
